About the Project

INSTA installed a solar photovoltaic system at one of SOCAR Energy Georgia’s gas stations.

SOCAR Energy Georgia, one of the largest importers of petroleum products and natural gas in Georgia, was established in 2006 and has been one of the leading companies in the market for years.

SOCAR Energy Georgia places significant importance on corporate social responsibility, as demonstrated by the company’s decision to install solar panel systems at its gas stations.

The Challenge

Given the specifics of the gas station, the main challenge was to model the solar panel system for maximum efficiency while taking into account the location’s terrain and shading conditions. SOCAR Energy Georgia needed a partner capable of managing the entire project, from analytical calculations to the implementation of a real-time monitoring system.

The Result

Through this engineering solution, the SOCAR Energy Georgia gas station gained an environmentally friendly alternative energy source, enabling the company to take another significant step toward sustainable development.
