Today, INSTA operates the largest logistics center in Georgia, enabling swift, efficient and uninterrupted product supply across the country.

2000INSTA marked its international debut by participating in its first overseas exhibition in Baku, Azerbaijan.
- 2005
The company opened its first specialized electrical goods retail outlet, "Insta Profi Market," in Tbilisi.
- 2011
INSTA became an official partner of SIEMENS Building Technologies in Georgia, specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS) and fire safety solutions.
2012INSTA commissioned its newly built logistics center and electrical distribution panel assembly workshop.
- 2014
INSTA was awarded the ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification by TÜV SÜD.
- 2016
To accommodate its growing team, INSTA expanded and modernized its corporate headquarters.
- 2018
INSTA was appointed as the official distributor for Siemens in Georgia and Armenia, covering low-voltage products, motor control, and industrial automation.
- 2019
INSTA established its subsidiary brand, Delight, offering a wide selection of lighting products and end-to-end lighting solutions.
