About the Project
Skyline Residence is the debut project of the premium residential line by "m² Real Estate." The building's facade is crafted with high-grade natural materials, offering striking panoramic views over Old Tbilisi.
The Challenge
Given the distinct nature of a luxury residential complex, the project required an electrical infrastructure that would deliver total energy security and maximum comfort for residents while integrating discreetly into the building's sophisticated design.
The Result
Ultimately, the residential complex received a stable, highly secure engineering network built to European standards, fully matching the refined requirements of a premium real estate property.
