About the Project
m³ Saburtalo is a mixed-use residential complex where INSTA handled the design of the electrical systems, the manufacturing of the switchgear and the installation work. The scope covered both the residential blocks and the shared areas.
Challenge
Construction ran on a phased schedule: the electrical system had to be built so that handing over finished blocks would not be held up by work still under way elsewhere on the site.
Result
The building has a single documented electrical system, handed over in phases, with distribution nodes that can be serviced and extended while the building is in use.

- Design and load calculation of the electrical systems
