The Challenge
For Vake Plaza, a multifunctional business center situated in the capital’s active business district, the core challenge was managing high-density office spaces and peak electrical loads efficiently. The project required creating an internal engineering infrastructure that would ensure the seamless operation of IT networks, continuous power supply, centralized building control, and comprehensive protection against emergency risks.
The Result
As a result, the business center was equipped with a modern, energy-efficient, and secure engineering platform, guaranteeing a stable and productive working environment for all tenant companies.
