About the Project
The King David multifunctional complex is located in the center of Tbilisi. It brings together two unique towers offering panoramic views of the capital. The infrastructure includes commercial and office spaces alongside premium-class apartments.
The Challenge
One of the main complexities for high-volume, large-scale facilities is ensuring the safe and compact distribution of high-current power loads to avoid cable overloading and line losses. Furthermore, optimizing resource consumption required precise, centralized monitoring of thermal and electrical energy flows, as well as integrating independent subsystems into a unified, smart network.
The Result
This seamless synchronization of technological systems provided the facility with an energy-efficient, transparently monitored, and high-capacity infrastructure where resource management and safety are fully automated.
