About the Project
Bank of Georgia’s Head Office is one of the leading companies in Georgia’s banking and financial services sector.
The Challenge
The primary objective was to ensure 100% reliable power supply independent of external grids and efficient building management. Even a momentary power interruption could disrupt financial systems and cause significant losses, requiring the implementation of high-level power redundancy and smart control systems.
The Result
Upon completion of the works, the facility was equipped with an integrated network for uninterrupted power supply and digital control, ensuring the stable and secure operation of the bank’s central hub.
Scope of work
- Supply and installation of a medium-voltage substation
- Assembly and installation of the main distribution board and sub-distribution boards
- Supply and installation of an emergency power supply – diesel generator
- Implementation of a BMS system
- Installation of a fire alarm system
- Supply and installation of lighting fixtures
- All types of low-voltage electrical installation works
