About the Project

Bank of Georgia is a leading universal bank in Georgia, offering a wide range of retail products to the financial market. Through its extensive network, the bank provides a broad range of financial products and services to retail customers. Bank of Georgia serves approximately 2.5 million customers and operates one of the largest networks in Georgia, with 271 service centers, 886 ATMs, and 3,152 self-service terminals.

The Challenge

To ensure the uninterrupted operation of the branches, it was necessary to create an internal infrastructure that would prevent even momentary power interruptions, which could paralyze service centers and disrupt customer service.

Through the comprehensive implementation of these systems, the bank’s branches gained a reliable technical infrastructure that ensures the autonomy of critical systems in the event of any external operational failure.
