Tbilisi Philharmonic Hotel by Mercure is located in the historical part of Tbilisi, seamlessly combining architectural heritage with modern comfort. The hotel offers guests 120 contemporary rooms, premium service, a restaurant, a bar, a fitness space, and dedicated meeting rooms for events. Its central location makes it ideal for both business and leisure travel.
The Challenge
For an international brand hotel (Mercure) situated in the city's historic center, the primary engineering task was preserving the historical architectural heritage while organically integrating a modern, multifunctional infrastructure. It was necessary to implement systems that would guarantee 100% continuous power supply, guest safety, and centralized, simplified control over all building engineering networks across the 120-room facility.
The Result
Through the execution of this project, the hotel acquired a highly reliable engineering envelope, ensuring safe and uninterrupted operations in full compliance with Mercure's international standards.
