About the Project
Sevsamora Resort & Spa is a 4-star hotel located in Saguramo, near Tbilisi, offering guests high-standard service and 33 comfortable rooms. Its comfortable environment, complemented by modern décor, makes it an ideal choice for escaping the noise of the city and relaxing.
With the involvement of INSTA, an electrical engineering project compliant with the required standards was developed and implemented for Sevsamora Resort & Spa.
The Challenge
For a boutique hotel located outside the city, the main challenge was to create an uninterrupted power supply independent of external networks and ensure the complete safety of guests. It was necessary to develop an engineering infrastructure that would integrate emergency power supply, evacuation systems, and energy-efficient centralized building management within a single space.
The Result
This synchronization of systems equipped the complex with an easily controllable and resilient engineering infrastructure that fully meets the operational requirements of a premium-class facility.
