About the Project
MOXY is a boutique-concept hotel brand by Marriott. At Moxy Tbilisi, guests are welcomed by a modern, open, and bright lobby, complemented by contemporary furniture and a dedicated meeting space.
The Challenge
Given the specifics of the facility, the main challenge was to ensure an uninterrupted power supply and effectively manage multiple independent systems, including security, lighting, and networks, within a single space. The project required the development of a unified, smart infrastructure in which building automation and security control would operate seamlessly.
The Result
This engineering solution created an energy-secure, fully automated, and smart infrastructure at the facility, compliant with modern standards.
