About the Project

Gudauri Lodge is a premium-class hotel located at an altitude of 2,000 meters above sea level, in the unique surroundings of the Caucasus Mountains. The hotel combines modern design, comfort, and an exceptional mountain experience, offering guests high-end rooms, spa and wellness spaces, a restaurant, and direct access to ski infrastructure, making it an ideal choice for both relaxation and active travel.

The Challenge

Located in a high-altitude environment with harsh climatic conditions, the hotel required a fully resilient electrical network and reliable safety infrastructure capable of operating despite extreme weather conditions, including freezing temperatures, heavy snowfall, and lightning. It was necessary to develop an engineering architecture capable of withstanding significant voltage fluctuations and reliably supporting the ski complex’s high-energy-demand infrastructure.

The Result

This comprehensive approach enabled the facility to achieve complete energy independence in a high-altitude climate while ensuring the continuous provision of a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
