About the Project
Aparthotel "NEO" in Gudauri is a seasonal-load facility. INSTA delivered its low-voltage infrastructure and building automation, bringing the network, the security systems and the control of the engineering systems into a single node.
Challenge
A high-altitude property sits at minimal occupancy for long stretches and at full load in season. The system had to be sized for both modes and remain manageable without permanent technical staff on site.
Result
The engineering systems are managed centrally and monitored remotely, so switching between seasonal modes and responding to faults no longer requires a visit to the site.
