The investment firm "Georgia Capital" holds a 100% equity stake in m². The company occupies a key position in the country's real estate market, driven by the high professionalism of its team. m²'s residential complex was constructed at 15 Al. Kazbegi Avenue, in one of Tbilisi's most vibrant and prestigious neighborhoods.

The Challenge

At the early stages of building construction or redevelopment, a key obstacle is improper engineering network design, which subsequently leads to system overloads, voltage drops, and security risks. The client's priority was finding a partner capable of engaging right from the design stage to render the building's power supply, lighting, and security control fully compatible and seamless.

The Result

Through an integrated approach, the facility today possesses a safe, functional electrical infrastructure built to European standards, fully meeting all modern operational demands of the building.
