The Challenge
For a premium wellness hotel set in a natural landscape, the primary engineering objective was to deliver absolute power supply continuity, uncompromising fire safety, and efficient building management. Given the unique demands of a recreational zone, achieving complete independence from severe weather and external grid fluctuations was critical to preserving guest tranquility and comfort.

Through comprehensive technological modernization, the hotel was equipped with an advanced control and safety infrastructure fully compliant with international premium hospitality standards.
